My background spans positive psychology, neuroscience of leadership, trauma-informed practice, mindfulness, and nervous system resilience education. I’ve spent nearly two decades helping leaders and organisations shift the way they work toward something more strategic, more human, and more sustainable.
I’m also a mum of four and a globally mobile military spouse. I understand performance on the move, balancing family, leadership, ambition, and exhaustion. I don’t just teach these tools, I live them daily, as they are what transformed my life, and now they shape the work I do with others.
